RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of products 7 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 7 days will be based from its order date. Please contact email@example.com any questions on returning an item. Return items must be in new condition.
Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping fees.
Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the order is free of errors, customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.
Please allow 5-7 business days for most orders processing and verification. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
