Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days once it leaves our warehouse after processing. Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional charge. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). *Excludes FLY Racing & WPS 3rd party products, see below.

Orders normally ship within 1-2 business days. Custom moto graphics & pit bike graphics take 7-10 days to produce before they ship, that's normal for these made-to-order items.

Yes, local pickup is available Monday-Thursday, 10am-3pm at our Murrieta, CA warehouse.

Please file a claim with the carrier (UPS or USPS) first. Once you have a claim number or an investigation started, email us at info@dirtbikekidz.com and we'll take it from there.

You have 30 days from purchase to return an item. It must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Use our self-serve return form. For an exchange, just note the size you want in the form and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds are processed 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable (excludes manufacturer defects and errors).

Regular-priced items & sitewide sales are refundable within our normal policy. Special sale items are final unless defective. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Check the size chart on each product page. If it doesn't fit, use our return form to exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

FLY Racing gear is fulfilled directly by Fly Racing through Western Power Sports, so it ships separately from your other DBK items.
